Three Year Old Teacher South Shelby Early Learning Center 1757 14th Street, Calera, AL 35040 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting the academic and personal growth of students. This role requires effective communication skills, a background in behavior management, and experience working with children in various educational settings. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Utilize behavior management techniques to maintain a productive classroom environment. Provide individualized support to students, including those with special education needs. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative educational atmosphere. Conduct tutoring sessions for students needing additional assistance in specific subjects. Participate in curriculum development and improvement initiatives. Ensure the welfare of children by creating a safe and nurturing classroom environment. Teach physical education classes, promoting physical fitness and healthy lifestyles among students. Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior. Overview of experience wanted Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is highly desirable.
