Full Time Extended Day Teacher 9:30-5:30 EOA Children’s Services Springdale, AR 72764 Do you want to make a difference in the lives of the children in your community? Join the EOA Children’s Services Team! EOA Children’s Services provides quality early childhood education services to families throughout Washington County. Extended Day Teachers are responsible for facilitating a positive learning environment for children ages 6 weeks through 5 years of age. Each classroom would have two Teachers who work as a team to provide responsive care in a preschool setting.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Responsible for planning and facilitating afternoon activities in both the classroom and outdoor learning environments. Responsible for assisting in bathroom supervision. Responsible for serving an afternoon snack. Responsible for consistent interaction with children during all learning activities. Create a positive, nurturing environment through quality interactions. Responsible for maintaining a clean facility. Maintain confidentiality and restrict information about children, families, and staff to those with a need to know. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:30 pm-5:30 pm. Economic Opportunity Agency of Washington County, Inc.
