In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from prospective and current beneficiaries regarding Client programs. Provide direct, one-on-one support to consumers and providers via telephone. Assist users with password resets and access issues. Respond accurately and efficiently to all incoming call center inquiries. Thoroughly document all consumer interactions in the appropriate systems. Deliver clear, accurate, and unbiased information in alignment with program guidelines. Log calls in the call tracking system, identify common themes or concerns, and recommend improvements to enhance customer service. Engage professionally with consumers in challenging situations. Record and process complaints in compliance with established policies and procedures. Consistently meet or exceed performance standards for call handling, customer service quality, and productivity.
