Key Responsibilities:
Investigate, evaluate, and resolve professional liability claims across various U.S. jurisdictions. Work closely with defense counsel on litigation strategy, reserving, and negotiations. Conduct coverage analysis and utilize ADR, mediations, and expert review processes. Collaborate across departments in an environment designed to support shared expertise and ongoing growth.
What We’re Looking For:
1-5 years of claims experience; healthcare or professional liability background preferred. Interest in learning emerging coverages and legal frameworks within healthcare.
