Position Overview:
Chiropractic Assistant Are you passionate about helping others feel their best? We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our patient-centered team! In this vital role, you will support both the clinical and administrative functions of our chiropractic office, playing an integral part in delivering exceptional care and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient. ✨
What You’ll Do:
Assist the chiropractor during patient evaluations and treatments. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure equipment is clean, stocked, and ready for use. Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate appointment scheduling. Provide clear patient education on treatment plans, at-home exercises, and therapies. Support daily administrative tasks including billing, insurance verification, and phone inquiries. Create a positive, friendly environment that helps patients feel at ease throughout their visit. Work closely with the chiropractic team to continuously improve patient care and office workflow. ✅
What We’re Looking For:
A solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in patient-facing interactions. Prior experience in patient care or assessment is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
