Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or related field. Valid teaching certification or licensure for deaf/hard of hearing. Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in inclusive settings. Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) and other communication methods. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

Create and maintain a supportive learning environment tailored to students who are deaf or hard of hearing. Collaborate with fellow educators, staff, and families to promote effective communication and support student needs.
