We are seeking a Customer Care and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers after the installation, you will be conducting customer surveys, scheduling inspections, finalizing the customer file by keying payments, closing the file in our CRM system and deciding how to market to homes surrounding the recent installation. You will also be working with the local building department in our 8 counties to ensure permits are pulled and paid for as needed. You will be supporting the owner with Marketing decisions, tracking ROI for the different sources used and running reports as requested. You will be responsible to insure that our customers receive outstanding support and assistance with their inquiries. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in customer service. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and order status. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Document customer interactions accurately in our database. Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Promote Window World’s products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Provide Marketing Reports as requested Requirements 4 year College Degree Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required. Confidence in learning new procedures is necessary Familiarity with data entry processes and computer systems Ability to handle cash transactions accurately is a plus.
