This role involves developing engaging curriculum, mentoring students, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance educational outcomes. Experience in private school settings, particularly with Montessori methods, is highly valued. Duties Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Mentor students in their academic and personal development, providing guidance and support as needed. Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Collaborate with fellow educators in curriculum development and educational administration initiatives. Utilize research-based practices to enhance teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes. Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress. Stay current with educational trends, methodologies, and the Chicago Manual Style for academic writing. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. Experience working with students in an educational setting, preferably in private or Montessori schools. Strong mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students. Proficiency in proofreading and understanding of linguistics is preferred. Familiarity with education administration processes and curriculum development practices.
