Full Job Description Job Summary:

As a Customer Care Specialist at our computer repair service, you will play a key role in ensuring an outstanding customer experience by providing friendly, efficient, and solution-oriented support. You will assist clients with inquiries, technical issues, service scheduling, and follow-up, acting as the bridge between customers and our technical team.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person. Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance regarding repairs, warranties, and service options. Handle complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary. Schedule diagnostic appointments and repair services efficiently. Keep customers informed about repair statuses, delays, or additional recommendations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Basic computer skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
