Part-time Private Teacher Primary Mama Palm City, FL Part-Time Private Teacher for Homeschool Family (Elementary Education) Are you a certified educator passionate about working one-on-one with elementary-aged children? We’re seeking a part-time Private Teacher to support a homeschooling mom by delivering high-quality instruction to three students across core subjects—reading, writing, math, science, and history—using a provided curriculum. This flexible, in-home role is ideal for educators seeking meaningful work in a small-group, values-aligned setting.

Responsibilities:

Use the provided curriculum to teach core elementary subjects: reading, writing, math, science, and history. Deliver engaging, interactive lessons tailored to the children’s grade levels and learning styles. Provide individualized instruction in a 1:1 and small-group format. Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.

Requirements:

Florida teaching certification or a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field. Strong teaching experience in reading, writing, and math; comfort with full elementary curriculum. Ability to differentiate instruction for varied learning needs and styles. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children. Familiarity with homeschooling or alternative education approaches is a plus.

Preferred:

Christian educator who can support a faith-aligned learning environment.
