Lab Teacher AcadeMir Charter School East at Doral 11300 NW 41st Street, Doral, FL 33178 Job Summary We are seeking a passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a classroom setting and possess strong communication skills. Experience in behavior management, special education, or tutoring is a plus. Previous experience in a private school, Montessori, or similar educational environment is highly desirable. Duties

• Create engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
• Implement effective teaching methods to ensure student understanding
• Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student development
• Utilize creative approaches to enhance learning experiences, especially in math and childhood development Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; state teaching certification required
• Proven experience working with elementary school students
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and behavior
• Demonstrated proficiency in creating a supportive and enriching learning environment

$56,500.00
