Life Skills Instructor and job coach for special needs young adults Learning Links School Miami, FL 33196 Life Skills Program Support Staff – Special Needs Young Adults We are seeking a compassionate, experienced individual to join our team in a Life Skills Program working with adults with special needs , particularly those on the autism spectrum . This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Position Details:
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:00
PM Location:
West Kendall Key Responsibilities:
Assist students in developing life skills , independent living skills , recreational skills, and job skills Provide support and encouragement in daily activities and structured programming Foster a supportive, respectful, and inclusive environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with other developmental disabilities Background in education, special education, behavioral support, or related field Strong communication skills and a patient, team-oriented mindset If you are dedicated, dependable, and enjoy helping young adults reach their potential, we’d love to hear from you!
