Your daily responsibilities will include:

Patient Advocate :

Greet patients with professionalism and empathy. Help ease anxiety by answering questions clearly and listening actively

Registration Expert :

Enter and verify patient data, insurance details, and payment expectations accurately and efficiently

Scheduling Maestro :

Manage check-in flow, optimize provider schedules, and keep everything moving

Communication Hub :

Coordinate clearly with clinical staff and patients about delays, procedures, and next steps

Administrative Ace :

Keep records up to date in our EMR, process payments, and manage billing accuracy

Team Player :

Support your coworkers and jump in where needed to keep the clinic running smoothly

Safety Champion :

Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area while following all infection control policies

What We’re Looking For:

We need someone who’s sharp, friendly, reliable, and thrives under pressure. You’re good with people, organized with data, and unfazed by chaos.

Minimum requirements:

High school diploma or GED 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced healthcare, front desk, or customer service setting (preferred) Excellent communication skills and a calm, friendly phone presence Strong time management and attention to detail Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and capable of learning new software quickly Able to work independently and collaboratively Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus Positive attitude and genuine care for helping others

Job Location:

This is an on-site position located at our urgent care center near 13th Street and Alton Road in Miami Beach .
