About the role:
The success of our guest experience during peak season is in part based on the strength of our seasonal inspection team and the leadership provided by this role to our team members. This role will assist the General Manager (GM) in hiring and training seasonal staff members to achieve & maintain our Coastal Vibe standards. Engaging with our repeat guests on a regular basis is an important part of our Coastal Vibe brand and is a vital function of our guest experience role.
Responsibilities:
Covers portfolio-wide Property Care & Guest Care shifts (all properties) Supports Houseware Inventory process Seasonal Inspection Team Lead for a select resort Assists in training seasonal staff members in our inspection standards Helps support housekeeping teams Reports housekeeping related needs/concerns to GM Reports decor needs to Property Care Manager Reports maintenance issues (by creating tickets) Monitors and manages tickets for units Helps address minor reclean issues Helps meet and escort vendors or accept deliveries Helps with Lost & Found Items Supports repeat guest engagement goals Helps to handle customer service related issues
Requirements:
40 hours per weeks (minimum) Rotating on-site Sunday coverage 10 of 14 Sundays from Mid-May to Mid-Aug Every other Sunday in
March, April, Early May, Late Aug, Sept, & Oct Onsite Expectations:
In-Season
- Minimum of 5 days on-site per week (40 hours)
Friday:
9am
- 5pm
Saturday:
8am
- 6pm (can be released early if quiet) Off-Season
- Minimum of 5 days on-site per week Monthly schedule set by the 15th of the prior month.
