• Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
• Provide instruction to students in various subjects such as math, language arts, science, and social studies
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special education requirements
• Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and other forms of evaluation
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior “`Experience“`
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred
• Familiarity with special education practices and techniques is a plus
• Experience in tutoring or providing individualized instruction is beneficial
• Knowledge of child welfare and development principles is important
• Strong classroom management skills are necessary to maintain an organized learning environment
• Experience working in a preschool or daycare setting is advantageous
• Background in physical education or sports coaching is a bonus
