Minimum requirements:
. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field. Alternatively, a Associate’s degree in a relevant field with substantial professional experience in office administration or business operations. Professional certifications related to office management or business operations (e.g., Microsoft Office Specialist,) are required. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for online course delivery (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard) is required. Ability to teach students the use of office software and other related technologies to perform administrative tasks. Academic programs are available on a monthly basis. Must be computer literate in order to maintain and manage the course documents within the learning management system and also educational resources.
