This role is ideal for a passionate educator who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to helping all students achieve success. The Floater will provide instructional support, coverage for absent teachers, and assistance with special education and intervention programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide instructional support to students in small groups or one-on-one settings. Deliver lessons or classroom coverage during teacher absences. Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administration to ensure continuity of instruction. Monitor and track student progress in coordination with classroom teachers and specialists. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and learning. •Position to start on August 4th•
