We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. Ideal candidates have impact window and doors experience or similar. You will utilize your communication skills to analyze customer needs, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive experience. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions. Handle cash transactions with precision and maintain accurate records. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback. Perform data entry tasks to ensure customer information is up-to-date in the system.
