In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. Ideal candidates have impact window and doors experience or similar. You will utilize your communication skills to analyze customer needs, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
