We are hiring a licensed Medicare insurance agent to join our in-office retention team in Boca Raton, FL. This role is focused on supporting existing Medicare clients—not cold calling. You’ll provide high-quality service and personalized guidance to help clients stay informed, satisfied, and enrolled.
Responsibilities:
Contact Medicare clients to review satisfaction and renewal options Provide guidance on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans Maintain accurate records in CRM Address client questions and concerns professionally Collaborate with the team to ensure an excellent client experience
Requirements:
Active Florida Life & Health Insurance License (Required) Local to Boca Raton and available to work in-office Medicare insurance experience Customer service and phone communication skills Comfortable working with CRM tools Nice to
Have:
Bilingual (Spanish a plus) Experience in a call center or retention role
