As a Contractor Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the payroll process and ensuring accurate and timely payment to contractors. This is a vital role within our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining employee satisfaction by ensuring accurate and timely compensation.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for 1099 contractor’s payroll. Confirms aides schedule in System. Running schedule with rates report for billing period to follow up on any missed invoices. Contacting aides for any missed invoices. Correcting following up with any invoice discrepancies. Saves all caregiver timesheets Assist with sending invoices to insurance companies
- Mail Private pay invoices to clients. Confirms Medicaid invoices and schedule. Notify the Medicaid aides who are missing their weekly invoices. Enter all Medicaid visit in System. Complete Medicaid visits in System. Correct and update incorrectly entered Medicaid visits. Answer all 1099 contractor phone calls regarding short payment
- process manual checks if needed.
