Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven, people-focused Candidate Care Specialist to join our team and be on the front lines of our candidate experience. As a Candidate Care Specialist, you will gain exposure to Talent Acquisition strategies and best practices. You will own critical administrative projects for the team with clear performance objectives. These projects will have you interacting with each member of the TA team, HR Business Partners, managers within the business, and candidates daily.
Responsibilities Include:
Partner with recruiters to assist with the creation and delivery of written offers to candidates who have verbally accepted a position at CONMED Support scheduling of company-wide TA initiatives, including both video and on-site interview panels, interview training, talent training, Summer Intern programming, and more Ensure top-notch candidate experience throughout the interview process Manage complex manager schedules across the business units and time zones Partner with the CONMED travel agency to book flights, hotel, and car reservations for candidates traveling for interviews Manage all department invoices Manage the Talent Acquisition and Employee Referrals email inbox Act as a Talent Acquisition Team subject matter expert for our ATS and CRM Systems Manage AAP Tracking Full life cycle recruiting for hourly positions and entry-level positions Ensure that all CONMED standards and Pillars are followed, by meeting the quickly changing and urgent nature of recruitment Other duties and responsibilities as needed to support the TA function Who we are looking for: Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Effectively manage time and priorities to deliver exceptional results Strong desire to learn and demonstrate initiative to elevate the business Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset This role requires an adaptable, detail-oriented, and people-focused team player who can think creatively and execute ideas quickly.
