This role requires a strong commitment to child welfare, effective classroom management, and the ability to educate students across various subjects, including physical education. The Teacher will be instrumental in implementing lesson plans, conducting standardized testing, and supporting the diverse needs of all learners. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to the diverse learning styles of students. Educate students in various subjects, with a focus on physical education, ensuring they understand key concepts and skills. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and productive learning environment. Conduct standardized testing and assess student progress regularly to inform instructional strategies. Provide support for early childhood education and special education needs as required. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote child welfare and academic success. Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress with stakeholders. Requirements Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is highly desirable. Strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and teaching methodologies. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and special education practices is a plus.
