4th, 2025) Beyond the Spectrum, Inc., is a private nonprofit school registered with the State of Florida Department of Education ( DOE school 2319) specializing in the education of students with various learning difficulties, which may include Levels 1, 2 and 3 Autism, Down syndrome, Attention Deficit, neurodivergent, OCD, ODD, and Intellectual disabilities. Our ABA Clinic professionals, BCBAs, and RBTs will influence the classrooms, and protocols will be in place to encourage positive behaviors, enhancing student opportunities to learn and work independently. Individuals interested in a career teaching students of various exceptionalities, challenging learning difficulties, communication, physical, and/or developmental disorders are urged to submit resumes. Candidates for the teacher position must have experience working with children with autism and related abilities. Florida teaching certification preferred. ABA experience is a plus. Salary is based on experience and certification. All considered candidates must pass criminal records checks and fingerprint clearances, have reliable transportation, and be able to work the scheduled hours.
