The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and academic success. This role requires a commitment to child welfare and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Experience in special education or behavior management is highly desirable. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning atmosphere. Provide individualized support and tutoring for students as needed. Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and instructional strategies. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate updates to parents. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Foster a safe and nurturing environment that promotes child welfare and well-being. Teach physical education classes, encouraging students to engage in physical activity and healthy habits. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
