Role Overview:

As a Pet Care Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the daily care, comfort, and well-being of our boarding, hospitalized, and daycare animals. You’ll work hands-on with pets and ensure they receive the love, cleanliness, and attention they deserve.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Feeding, walking, and exercising dogs and cats Bathing, light grooming, and basic hygiene tasks Cleaning kennels, runs, litter boxes, and common areas Monitoring animal behavior and health; reporting concerns to veterinary staff Providing enrichment and gentle handling for anxious pets Assisting in daily facility cleaning and sanitization Interacting with pet owners at drop-off/pick-up with professionalism and care ✅

Requirements:

Prior animal care or kennel experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!) Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends or holidays as needed Comfortable handling dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments Able to lift 40+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Passionate about animal welfare and teamwork
