Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive practices through co-teaching Manage a case load of approximately 10 high school students, ensuring their educational goals are met Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed Communicate regularly with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and challenges Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student performance and IEP progress
