Position Overview:

We are seeking passionate, dedicated LeadTeachers for both our Elementary I (grades 1-3) and Elementary II(grades 4-6) classrooms. The ideal candidate will bring a deeprespect for children, a commitment to the Montessori method, and ahigh level of professionalism and flexibility to their role inguiding and supporting our students.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain a developmentally appropriate Montessorienvironment Guide students in academic, social, and emotional developmentin alignment with Montessori principles Collaborate with staff and parents to support student growthand success Maintain accurate records and assessments of studentprogress Model and foster a culture of respect, responsibility,professionalism, and adaptability in the classroom

Preferred Qualifications:

AMI, AMS, or MACTE-accredited Montessori Certification for theappropriate age group Bachelor’s degree (required) in Education or relatedfield Classroom teaching experience, preferably in a Montessorisetting Strong organizational and communication skills Demonstrated professionalism and flexibility in allinteractions and responsibilities
