• High School Diploma or Equivalent, required
• AA or BA inEarly Childhood Education or related field, strongly preferred
• 2Years experience
• Strong communication skills, including theability to interact with parents and other staff members isrequired.
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, andpassionate about Early Childhood education is essential for thisrole.
