Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops focused on public speaking techniques. Assess Kids speaking abilities and provide tailored feedback for improvement. Develop customized lesson plans that address individual needs and goals. Teach essential skills such as voice modulation, body language, audience engagement, and speech organization. Create a supportive environment that encourages practice and constructive criticism. Monitor progress and adjust coaching strategies as necessary to ensure client success. Stay updated on the latest trends in public speaking and communication strategies. Qualifications A degree from a recognized university is preferred. Proven experience in public speaking, coaching, or related fields. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
