The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly in a classroom setting, and possess the ability to create engaging lesson plans that foster a love for learning. Duties Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Provide instruction in various subjects, including math, while integrating hands-on activities to enhance understanding. Assess student progress through standardized testing and provide feedback to students and parents. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters respect among peers. Offer tutoring sessions for students needing additional support in specific subjects. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance. Collaborate with other educators and staff to improve teaching strategies and student outcomes. Requirements Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably in a private school environment. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment methods. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
