The ideal candidate will be passionate about landscape maintenance and tree care, with a strong focus on providing high-quality service to our clients. This role involves working outdoors, performing various tasks related to tree trimming, lawn care, and general landscape maintenance. A commitment to safety and attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate and maintain tree care equipment, including bucket trucks, chainsaws, and other hand tools. Perform a variety of tree care tasks, including: Pruning trees and shrubs Removing trees and stumps Treating trees for diseases and pests Clearing debris and maintaining work areas Complete daily progress reports and other necessary documentation. Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices, including OSHA standards. Operate Bucket Truck or Lift Assist with other grounds maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 25 years old. Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record Must successfully pass a driving background check, a federal background check, and a drug test. Strong computer skills Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Arborist Certification Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physical stamina and endurance working in extreme temperatures outside Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
