50% of a teacher’s evaluation will be based on professional practice (qualitative measure) using the Louisiana Components of Effective Teaching in conjunction with 50% on growth in student achievement. Measures of student growth will be aligned with the Lafayette Parish School System’s Evaluation Manual in compliance with Bulletin 130 – guideline
