We are looking for compassionate and reliable Behavior Support Technicians to join our team in New Orleans, LA. In this role, you will work directly with students to implement behavior intervention plans, support positive behavior strategies, and assist in creating a safe and structured learning environment. Youll collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and families to promote student success both academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a behavior analyst or special education team Provide direct support to students in classroom and community settings Monitor, track, and report behavioral data Assist with crisis prevention and de-escalation techniques as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelors degree in a related field preferred) Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral needs (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations Willingness to undergo training in behavior intervention and crisis management techniques
