Job Description
Marblehead Public Schools is seeking highly qualified applicants for a full-time special education teacher of students with disabilities in both inclusion and resource room settings. The current opening is at Brown School (K-3).
Teachers will be expected to support students across content areas, with the support of other special education service providers, school adjustment counselors, general education teachers, and other support staff. The ideal candidate is flexible, responsible, and organized, and has experience working with students with a wide range of learning needs, especially students with emotional or behavioral needs. We are looking for a team player, who is compassionate and supportive of students. This is a Unit A Teacher position; compensation is in accordance with a collectively bargained agreement.
