Job Description
Holliston’s Robert Adams Middle School is looking to add an amazing Special Educator to our staff in the 2025-26 school year.

Requirements:

MA DESE Moderate or Severe Disabilities Licensure Required (Severe preferred)
SEI Endorsed

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct IEP meetings and complete all related paperwork
Monitor progress towards IEP goals through data collection
Create a differentiated learning environment, adapted to the individual student’s learning needs and strengths, learning style, communication and behavioral needs
Collaborate with related service providers and coordinate services for assigned students
Develop and implement student schedules in order to ensure that student goals are being addressed

Qualifications:

Experience delivering small group and individual instruction for all content areas
Experience implementing behavior support plans for a range of students (inclusion and sub-separate)

Public School employees of Massachusetts are required to submit their fingerprints to a National Criminal Database check. The check will require you to pay a fee of $55 if you hold an Educator’s License, or $35 if you are an unlicensed employee.
