Reading Specialist Teaching Position! 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Avon, MA 02322 Minimum 1+ years special education experience required. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Reading Specialistto join our team in and around East Bridgewater, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with disabilities and be able to provide instruction and support to help them achieve their educational goals.
Overview:
PartTime 8:30- 11:30 K-8Students caseloads Wonderful school district and support! 4 Days a Week Orton Gillingham or Wilson Certified 7/7/2025 – 8/7/2025 Renew for next school year if you feel like it’s a great fit!

Responsibilities:
Provide direct instruction and support to students Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents to ensure the success of all students Use data to inform instruction and monitor student progress Implement evidence-based teaching strategies and interventions Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field Valid MAteaching Certificationin Reading or Special Education Experience working with students with disabilities Knowledge of evidence-based teaching strategies and interventions Strong communication and collaboration skills
