Teacher/Actor for Laser Show School Assemblies Prismatic Magic Laser Programs Milford, MA 01757 Be a Science Rock Star! Primary Duty:
Perform our school laser-light presentations in southern New England.
BASED FROM HOME.
Daytime local travel the norm, with occasional evenings, weekends, and travel. Occasional week-long trips to Chicago. Company covers all travel expenses.
Responsibilities:
Assemble/transport/disassemble portable laser system daily. Enthusiastically perform for large groups of excited school children. Lead discussions and demonstrations for educational laser-light shows. Responsibly operate a company vehicle (small commercial van).
Qualifications:
Ability to speak clearly and enthusiastically to large groups of children; experience in teaching, public speaking, or theater a plus. Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills essential. A valid driver’s license and good driving record required. Able to lift and carry 45 lbs short distances. Must have basic computer proficiency and internet connectivity, along with basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
