This role works in collaboration with ateam of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts,Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. It is anentry-level role and does not require prior certification; weprovide complete training for this position. Responsibilities Offer one-on-one support to children aged 2-6 in aclinic environment, guided by science-backed, naturalistictherapeutic methods Implement intervention plans crafted by expertclinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapyTeam up with the child’s healthcare professionals to provideconsistent, high-quality care Qualifications Previous experiencewith children aged 2-6, ideally in a professional capacityExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written Computerand tablet literacy Must have reliable transportation to bothtraining location and local center. Punctuality is essential Mustbe able to meet the following physical requirements: sit and standfrequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneelon the floor for extended periods of time, sit in a chair, stand,walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch up with aclient Preference for college graduates or people pursuing acollege degree What We Offer $21.00 – $28.00/hour with regularbonus and promotion opportunities. The initial offer hourly paywill be between $21.00 – $22.50.
