These individuals will work closely with our EC teachers to provide small group and one-on-one instruction.

Qualifications:

2-year degree or equivalent Strong interest or experience working with children with autism or other learning differences

Requirements:

Willingness to work under the guidance of EC teachers Strong communication skills Positive attitude and a willingness to learn Must pass a background check Must provide strong professional references

Responsibilities:

Work directly with students in small groups or one-on-one Assist with academic tasks and reinforcement of lessons Support behavior and learning plans as directed by the lead teacher Help create a structured and supportive environment Communicate effectively with staff and follow individualized student goals Participate in team meetings and trainings as needed
