Statesville, NC Responsibilities:

Provide specialized instruction to a caseload of approximately 25 early childhood students across two elementary schools. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized education plans (IEPs) to ensure each student’s unique needs are met. Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to create a comprehensive support system. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed. Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic and behavioral expectations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and IEP compliance.
