This role involves working closely with this patient in their home environment. Duties As a Caregiver, your responsibilities will include: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Preparing nutritious meals and ensuring proper meal planning according to dietary needs. Monitoring patient health by checking vital signs and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals. Developing and following care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
