Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention strategies. Foster a love for learning by incorporating hands-on activities and real-world applications into lessons. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies. Skills Strong background in curriculum development and classroom management . Experience in Montessori , daycare , or toddler care settings is highly desirable. Ability to teach physical education effectively, promoting health and fitness among students. Knowledge of special education practices to support diverse learners. Proficiency in tutoring students in various subjects, particularly in math . Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with students, parents, and staff effectively. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching young children.
