Salary:

$1162 / Week Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking Exceptional Children’s (EC) Teachers to join our team for the upcoming school year, additional information below:

Details:

+ 2025 – 26 School Year + August 4 start date + Monday-Friday, 37.5 hrs/week + Resource/Inclusion and Self Contained positions available + All grade levels

Requirements:

+ Must have EC Teaching license from NCDPI + Resource/Inclusion requires EC General Curriculum license + Self-Contained requires EC Adapted Curriculum license + Minimum 1 year of teaching experience required + Must be passionate about working with kids The Special Education Teacher, under the direction of theSpecial Education Program Administrator provides quality services to specialeducation students, kindergarten through grade 12. The Special Education Teacher has a commitmentto team participation in planning and implementation of student programsincluding special instruction, tutorial assistance and consultation withgeneral education staff.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited universitypreferred + Valid state teaching certificate as required by state,contract/district regulations + Minimum of one year experience in teaching environmentpreferred + State Teacher Certification;
