The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Client Care Specialist/Dispatcher Responsibilities Engage in inbound and outbound calling to secure the appropriate number of scheduled calls and club memberships required for successful service operation. Maintain daily call counts to meet daily and weekly quotas. Maintain complete, accurate, and updated information in the customer database. Maintain the daily schedule for all service technicians and dispatch technicians as service calls are completed. Prioritize calls using Thermo Direct’s call priority according to the greatest customer and/or operational need. Monitor appointment schedules as they evolve throughout the day. Contact customers if there is a delay in their scheduled time. Monitor daily call count and revenue goals to help ensure each department meets their daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, technicians, sales staff, and department personnel via telephone, email, and written correspondence to answer inquiries or to provide information.
