The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and academic growth. This role involves developing lesson plans, implementing curriculum, and adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with disabilities. The School Teacher will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of our child in a private school setting. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote student learning. Educate students on various subjects while incorporating innovative teaching techniques. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive learning community. Work with students with disabilities, adapting lessons and teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Participate in curriculum development to ensure it meets educational standards and student requirements. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking student progress and facilitating online learning when necessary. Prepare students for standardized testing by providing targeted instruction and practice opportunities. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance their academic performance. Collaborate with other educators and staff to create an inclusive school environment that promotes childhood development. Experience Proven experience in lesson planning and curriculum development within an educational setting. Familiarity with special education practices and working with children with disabilities is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and parents. Experience in utilizing LMS platforms for educational purposes is a plus. A background in childhood development principles will be beneficial for understanding student needs.
