We are currently looking for patient and creative grades K-2 educator OR short/long term substitute for the 2025-2026 school year. Students have mild communication, academic, behavioral and social needs. Learn with the Best School is fortunate to partner with Learn with the Best’s ABA Clinic to provide support for students with autism who are served in our school setting. The ABA clinic offers both pull out one-on-one and push in natural environment support as a supplemental service for enrolled students who need further social and behavioral support. We are the pioneers of the school/clinic model which presents a highly unique opportunity for the right person. You must be an excellent collaborator who thrives in a low student-teacher ratio, high energy environment. Skills Strong background in special education and lesson planning (collaborative). Experience working with students with disabilities in a classroom setting. Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques to support student development. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, staff, and other professionals. •Ability to adapt teaching strategies based on individual student needs NO IEPs!!!
