Summary:
The Lead Patient Service Specialist – Primary Care North Conway role ensures patient scheduling and referral needs are met and assists with day-to-day routine issues. The Lead Patient Service Specialist ensures communications of policies and procedures are communicated to the rest of the staff and acts as a coach/mentor for administrative care team members. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
License/Certifications:

Experience:
Six months of MaineHealth Patient Service Specialist experience required.
