Pay:
$22.00 – $27.00 per hour Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Part-time schedules starting from 3:00pm – flexibility for those juggling between school! Childcare experience required Employee Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, and wage increases Drive time and mileage reimbursement Paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification training Job Duties Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community. Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors. Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child’s treatment goals. 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
