Job Description
Healthcare Compensation, Benefits and Retirement Specialist Reardon Associates Merrimack, NH 03054 • Hybrid work Total Rewards Specialist – In this hybrid role you will: Provide daily operational and project support across all Total Rewards functions. Maintain content on our internal HR intranet site for Compensation, Benefits, and Retirement. Coordinate team communications and employee education sessions. Run and distribute routine HRIS reports; perform data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Research industry trends and best practices to support ongoing program improvements. Help evaluate new programs and vendors as part of our total rewards strategy. Serve as a point person or champion for internal Total Rewards initiatives or committees. Compensation Assist in maintaining our job description library. Help collect and organize compensation survey data and support market analysis efforts. Support the creation and maintenance of job profiles within Workday. Ensure HRIS data integrity related to compensation structures. Benefits Provide support for day-to-day benefits administration and employee inquiries. Assist with new hire benefits enrollment, life events, and termination processes. Support open enrollment activities including logistics, communication, and data input. Coordinate benefit invoice processing and reconciliation.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience :
Minimum of seven (7) years of hands-on experience in benefits and/or retirement plan administration.
Knowledge :
Solid working knowledge of federal and state benefits regulations and legislation, including ACA, ERISA, Section 125, COBRA, and HIPAA.
Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook (intermediate level or higher).
Abilities :
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality, particularly with sensitive employee information.
Preferred Licensure/Certification:
Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) are preferred.

$75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
