Join our dedicated team of remote educators serving students with special needs across New Hampshire’s school districts. We’re committed to providing exceptional virtual learning experiences while supporting our teachers with comprehensive resources and ongoing professional development. Position Highlights This full-time virtual position requires 37.5 hours weekly, focusing on students K-12 with diverse learning needs and disabilities. Manage an active caseload of 45-60 students requiring various support levels, from supplemental classroom assistance to intensive individualized programming. Work collaboratively with educational teams while maintaining the flexibility of remote instruction. Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized virtual instruction based on individual student IEPs
- Maintain accurate case management and special education documentation
- Implement evidence-based interventions through online platforms
- Coordinate services with related service providers and general educators
- Conduct virtual progress monitoring and adjust instructional approaches
- Participate in IEP team meetings and parent conferences via video conferencing
- Develop engaging virtual learning activities using adaptive technology Desired Qualifications Successful candidates bring experience with multi-categorical special education programming and demonstrate proficiency in virtual instruction delivery.
Background in intensive support services, autism programming, or emotional/behavioral interventions is highly valued. Strong technology skills and creative problem-solving abilities are essential for virtual success. Required Credentials
- Master’s degree in Special Education
- Current New Hampshire Special Education teaching certificate
- Minimum 2 years of special education classroom experience
- Demonstrated competency with virtual learning management systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
